Chief John Akin-George,OFR (Chairman)

Chief J. Akin-George, OFR , is the President of the West African Chamber of Commerce. He is a seasoned Insurance Broker with several decades of exposure at senior levels in various aspects of commerce, both locally and internationally. He is also the Chairman of Akin George Life & Pensions Consultants, J Akin-George & Company, Incorporated Insurance Brokers, Trans Nigeria Agencies and the Vice President of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI).He is Also the Chairman of the African Insurance Brokers Association (AIBA).

Mr. Jide Aminu, FIIN (General Secretary)

Mr. Olajide Aminu is a holder of the Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) He has about two decades of professional experience as Insurance Underwriter, broker and administrator. Mr. Aminu is an Associate of the certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, and holds membership of the Lagos Country Club, Institute of Directors, Nigerian Institute of Management and current Secretary General of the African Insurance Brokers Association (AIBA). He is a recipient of several Awards of Excellence.
